LAS VEGAS, NEVADA - Tech billionaire, Henry T. Nicholas III, co-founder of Broadcom Inc., a designer, developer and global supplier of a broad range of semiconductor and infrastructure software solutions, was charged Wednesday, Feb. 13 with multiple drug possession and trafficking charges. Henry T. Nicholas III was arrested earlier this month at a Las Vegas hotel room where authorities uncovered heroin, methamphetamine, cocaine, mushrooms and ecstasy. The tech billionaire has utilized his wealth to encourage the passage of versions of Marsy’s Law, a bill of rights for crime victims, named after his sister, Marsalee “Marsy” Nicholas, who was killed by an ex-boyfriend who was stalking her more than 30 years ago.
